We are a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
We provide, for 100% FREE, a network of consultative resources and services to women of color-led businesses to help them grow and thrive. Our mentorship, incubator, and accelerator programs are designed by women, are women-led, and are women-focused.
mentorship
The 100% FREE mentorship program is for all participants. Each mentee is assigned a professional mentor in their industry of interest. This mentor coaches the mentee and helps them excel in either the incubator or accelerator program. Additionally, they are evaluated at predetermined intervals to ensure they are keeping their commitment to themselves and the program.
Incubator
The 100% FREE incubator program is designed for women of color-led businesses between the ages of 25 and 35 who have either just started or been in business for at least 1 to 5 years. Participants and their assigned mentors are provided guidance in taking their idea and launching a business. We can help you with drafting a business plan, bookkeeping, financial planning, marketing, market
research, business capability, and business maturity analysis.
accelerator
The 100% FREE accelerator program is designed for women of color-led businesses between the ages of 35 to 45 who have had an established business for at least 5 to 10 years. Participants are engaged in a multitude of activities that are geared toward growing and reviving their business Participants establish foundational knowledge about the people, processes, and technology that are at the operational core of any business.
Meet our Team
Danielle Shingieti
President, CEO, Mentor, Founder
Danielle Shingieti is the founder of Consulting Color. She is a mother to a 2-year-old daughter and a graduate of George Mason University (Information Technology). She has worked in the Service Delivery industry for over 20 years. Focusing her early career in early childhood education and once graduating from university switching to Information Technology Service Management. She is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Howard University, graduating in 2024.
Donnella Pearson
Board Member, Mentor, Co-Founder
Donnella Pearson is a single mom of two and a graduate from Stratford University with a diploma in Advanced Culinary Arts. She has worked in the Service Delivery industry for 20 years. She started in the early childhood education industry then shifted to the culinary arts. She has had multiple features on NBC 4 news representing herself and Stratford University and has competed in several competitions, including the Giant USO BBQ winning in 2017.
Christopher Wells
Board Member, Mentor, Co-Founder
Mr.Wells prides himself on helping others define their purposes in life and reach their career goals. He graduated with a double major with focuses in Criminal Justice and Government Intelligence Studies from Fayetteville State University, an historically black college (HBCU). Christopher is a private airplane pilot and virtual college mentor with Learning Wells LLC. He has 10 years of experience mentoring K-12 youth, primarily in reading and writing comprehension.
